因為歲末年終要舉辦尾牙,剛好公司也搬新家要慶祝,所以指派我跟幾個同事負責找尋適合的地點舉辦,並給我們大概的預算,因為我們是做台中衣著配飾還有鞋子的批發製造,光是員工人數就超多人的呢,一時之間還真不知道從何下手,好險從朋友那邊得知,他們結婚的時候找了一間比較價錢合理,提供的餐點又很好吃,CP值很高的外燴雞尾酒-歡樂派

上網稍微先做了一點功課,原來歡樂派在台中是非常有名的辦理外燴公司呢,在外燴方面有很豐富的經驗
而且現場舞台,燈光音效,卡啦OK,用餐的桌椅,歡樂派都可以幫忙找其他廠商提供,滿足我們的需求

很快的我們就直接連絡歡樂派,接起電話的小姐很有耐心的聽我們的需求,非常親切,還根據我們的預算幫我們建議菜單和菜色,客製化的服務很貼心呢!
當天參加的人大概200多人,大家很快的就把現場布置起來,整個看起來就非常的歡樂~~~桌上的佈景主題很應我們公司的產業~~每張桌子上都有擺上一隻鞋子哦~~看起來是不是很有創意~呵呵!

活動剛開始的時候,人都還沒進來,為了避免灰塵風砂吹進我們的餐點,歡樂派先幫我們把所有的食物用保鮮膜都先封起來,非常的貼心~~

現場的專員還幫我們服務,有很貼心把肉切成一片一片的,而且口感很扎實,連上面的油脂都很香,不過一點也不油膩非常好吃~~~~

海鮮基本上都是自助吧一定會出現的冷盤
這道海鮮五味孔雀貝,出乎我意料之外的,肉質非常鮮美,不是軟爛的口感,還滿
新鮮的
孔雀貝加上他們旁邊提供的醬汁品嘗,味道超級鮮甜的!!

除了海鮮,還有提供和風水果燻雞沙拉,裡面有滿滿切塊的小黃瓜,甜椒,小番茄和生菜,更重要的就是燻雞啦,是很清爽的一道餐點
也可以搭配特製咖哩芥末醬喔~

熱食區最搶手的就是這道,黑胡椒板煎小牛排,好多人就是為了這道一直來夾,鮮嫩有嚼勁的牛小排,搭配美式黑胡椒些許嗆辣風味,非常開味

除了提供葷食餐點,為了滿足所有客群,也有提供手工素食餐點喔,因為外面的素食滿多都是加品的
這道是百花嫩燴花椰,滿滿的花椰菜加上菇類,再以彩椒下去點綴,可以吃到的蔬菜原味,非常健康呢!!!

點心部分提供了燒賣拼盤,有蟹黃口味或是鮮蝦,也有黑白珍珠丸,很適合做飯後小點哦
一般珍珠丸放置一段時間,旁邊的糯米就會變得很乾硬,不過歡樂派得不會,還是很溼潤有嚼勁,搭配裡面的肉餡,會忍不住一顆接一顆吃,看來是有認真下過功夫的!!!!

外燴雞尾酒自助吧都會提供飲料,這次幫我們準備的是特調果汁,有非常多新鮮的水果在裡面喔,喝起來非常爽口解膩~~~~~~~~

尾牙的最後還舉辦了抽獎,除了可以抽到很多價值超高的禮品,還可以抽現金,搭配歡樂派提供的餐點,現場氣氛熱血到不行,同時我也很驚訝餐點是如此美味,CP值超級高,老闆也是讚不絕口,服務如此好的公司,難怪我的朋友要找他們
