中秋節的由來故事

◆嫦娥奔月

「中秋節」最有名的傳說故事就是「嫦娥奔月」。傳說中，在遠古時期，天地總共有十個太陽，由於十個太陽的熱度太強，烤焦了各式各樣的農作物，許多人們也因為氣溫太高而被熱死，存活下來的人都過著非常痛苦的日子。

當時，有一個非常有名的神射手「后羿」，看到這種情形非常生氣，他決定要拯救世間萬物，便用他的弓箭將太陽一一射下來，只留下一個太陽，讓大地停止被高溫熱「烤」，人民因而獲得重生。百姓們為了感念后羿，於是擁戴他成為一國之君。可是，沒想到后羿一當上國君後，就開始目中無人，作威作福，施行暴政，百姓們從此又陷入了另一場苦難中。

而后羿為了要長生不老，永遠當皇帝，所以便派人到崑崙山向王母娘娘求取長生不老藥。后羿的妻子嫦娥知道後，非常同情百姓的處境，她擔心后羿吃長生不老藥後，會繼續肆無忌憚的施行暴政，使得百姓們更加痛苦不堪。於是，她便一個人偷偷將所有的長生不老藥吃下去。沒想到，她的身體卻輕飄飄飛起來了，后羿發現後非常生氣，看著嫦娥一直飛上天，他氣急敗壞拿起弓箭要將嫦娥射下來，但是一切都太遲了。嫦娥就這樣的往月亮飛去，成為月亮裡廣寒宮的仙女了。

從此以後，民間就開始流傳著月亮裡住了一個美麗的姑娘，她的名字就是「嫦娥」，讓遙遠的月空裡增添許多美麗的傳說故事。

◆月中玉兔

另外，還有一個傳說故事就是有關陪伴在嫦娥身邊的「玉兔」。這一隻可愛的兔子，在「中秋節」裡也扮演著舉足輕重的地位喔！在『大唐西域記』（這是大家所熟悉的玄奘法師所寫的）裡頭記載著一段故事：在古老的印度的森林裡，住了兔子、狐狸和猴子三個好朋友。由於當時適逢戰亂，民不聊生，很多人因而沒有東西吃。有一天，他們在門口發現一位因飢餓而昏倒的老公公，為了救活老公公，他們分頭出去找食物。但是，在當時戰亂的情況之下，能找到食物的機率微乎其微，後來兔子為了解除大家的飢餓，便自願犧牲自己，當成大家的食物。

就在兔子跳入熱鍋的一剎那，突然有一雙溫暖的大手，將兔子從滾燙的鍋子撈出來。原來，兔子的善心，感動了玉皇大帝，於是便派人將兔子救出來，並且封他為「玉兔」，在月亮裡陪伴月神娘娘－嫦娥，讓大家時時感念兔子的慈悲心胸。

◆吳剛伐桂樹

相傳吳剛是一位醉心於仙術，但是又不肯專心學習的樵夫。由於，每天不努力於砍柴的工作，只會做白日夢，玉帝知道後，非常生氣。於是，下令把吳剛帶到月宮裡，並且告訴他只要他砍倒桂樹，就會得到仙術。但是，無論吳剛再怎麼砍，每隔一段時間，桂樹就會癒合。所以，吳剛只好一砍再砍，一直到現在都無法將桂樹砍倒，這就是玉帝給予吳剛做事不腳踏實地的懲罰！

中秋節的習俗
農曆８／１５中秋節，來源已久，可能在原始時期就已經有了。古代民族在中秋節前後舉行豐祭，同時也祭祀月神，有文字記載中秋之事亦有二千多年。到唐代記載更多，後來加上吃月餅殺韃子的傳說，中秋節成為有民族意識的節日。明清以來成為一年中三大節日之一，現今成為國定假日。賞月：
中秋節的月亮是特別的皎潔、明亮與圓滿，具有象徵性的意義。更有許多人想看月亮裡的玉兔和吳剛伐木。吃月餅：
吃月餅的習俗有文字記載是始於明代，傳說把節慶的食品神奇化，並賦予愛國的意義。中秋應景的品是「月餅」，與端午節吃粽子一樣。月餅是紀念反抗異族的統治。團圓：
大家吃月餅、賞月、酬謝社區之　─土地公等習俗，都在祈求人生圓滿光輝，家庭團圓幸福，社區平安，表現出月圓人亦圓的理想。

中秋節的禁忌

● 拜祭月亮時，男子最多在一旁看看，不得參與拜月活動，有的地方甚至要求男子迴避，因為月亮是陰象之物，所以拜月純屬婦女之事。俗語有「男不拜月，女不祭灶」的禁忌，男子不得拜祭陰象之月，正如女子不能拜祭陽性之灶。● 當中秋的月亮掛上時，人們設壇燃香，陳烈月餅瓜果等拜月亮。每家會向有月光之位在月出之時供拜，拜祭完畢之後，焚燒月光紙，擺下供月食品，然後分給家人，中秋節全家應聚在一起吃月餅，月餅又稱為團圓餅，吃了能使全家不離散，為了團圓祭月的果餅必須是圓的，即使把瓜果月餅切開來也必須是月芽瓣的蓮花狀。

1.如果近段時間身體很弱的朋友，那麼，建議你不宜在野外賞月、拜月。

2.最近流過產、或者生育過寶寶，那麼，也不宜賞月，即使在家中的陽臺也不看月亮為宜。

3.最近剛剛搬家，而搬家後沒有“鬧房”，或者自己覺得搬家後身體、運勢等不好者，謹慎賞月。

4.不論原因，男女剛分手者，男性朋友不得賞月，更不能在圓月的野外行動。

5.不論男女，都要謹慎當著圓月做男女那點事情、尤其是在室外、野外，更要謹慎再謹慎。

6.最近失意者，如官場不順、生意虧本、倒楣事情接踵而來者，務必不要賞月。

● 提醒朋友們，即使不是上面這些情況，朋友們賞月時最好也不要獨自一人賞月、拜月 ，最好是人越多越好。請你記住：太陽為陽，月亮為陰；月球為陰經之祖，圓月時其實是陰盛之時。相信朋友們從小都聽大人說過：太陽公公，月亮婆婆。便是這個道理。如果有朋友必須在圓月之時到野外或者旅遊等，那麼怎麼辦呢？特別提供朋友們參考：

1.穿紅的內衣內褲。

2.隨身攜帶紅繩，或將紅繩纏在手腕上，注意男左女右。

3.女性朋友務必將自己的額前頭髮捋向後邊或者兩側，千萬不要讓額頭被頭髮遮住，因為這是你的神燈所在。

4.出門前或者回家後燒香為宜。
